Committee Secretariat and Secretary
(1) Each committee will have a secretariat under the secretariat. (2) The secretary will be the ex-officio secretary of each committee. (3) The secretary general may appoint a senior officer under him to act as secretary of the committee. , may request the necessary information from the department or agency.
